With over 500 assessments completed, he brings a wealth of experience to environmental and property evaluation projects. A retired Florida-licensed and certified roofing contractor and licensed real estate appraiser, James combines technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of property and construction standards, ensuring high-quality assessments and inspections.

Byron R. Wood is a seasoned environmental and construction professional with extensive expertise in Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, soil and groundwater evaluations, and risk management. With over 7,000 environmental site assessments completed and a proven track record as a Project Manager for large-scale portfolio projects, he has successfully managed contamination assessments, remediation projects, and storage tank removals and installations. As a State-Certified General Contractor, Byron has overseen numerous commercial and residential construction projects and building inspections. His proficiency aligns with ASTM standards (E1527-21, E1528-14, E1903-11, E2018-08), and he holds certifications as a Licensed Environmental Professional, Certified General Contractor, OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations Supervisor, Licensed Asbestos Inspector, Licensed Mold Consultant, Environmental Professional (40 CFR 312), and LEED Accredited Professional.
